Everything here has already been said. The best accommodation (of this type) in Faliraki. Just 2minutes walk to the famous sandy beach (50 meters) and 5-10 minutes from Faliraki centre are located perfect and fabulous 10 studios and 2 apartments. Nice location in silent place but near the beach bars, restaurants and tavernas. The owners Anna, Elias and lovely Anna's sister Anastasia (and also other people) were very friendly and welcoming. Thanks for very positive and strong energy and great home atmosphere and the perfect relax. The large and spacious room (studio) with bathroom, balcony or terrace was very well equiped, cleaned daily with a change of linen and towels almost every day, and cleaning lady Margarita was also very kind. "Anelia Boutique Studios and Apartments" features spotlessly clean and airy rooms with orthopaedic beds, air conditioning, free internet access, TV and kitchenette. Nice snack bar (in the reception building) serves excellent refreshing breakfast (include fresh local products – vegetables, fruits, eggs, honey, yoghurt and very delicate and tasty cakes/desserts prepared by Anastasia) and drinks. Thank you for warm and nice athmosphere in this beautiful place of Rhodos. I can definitelly reccomend this accommodation for solo travelers, couples and families alike.

This hotel is so fantastic that it's hard to know from where we should start. First of all the owners Anna and Illias are the most friendly persons we ever met. They give all their energy in making the hotel perfect. They are also extremely friendly, and bring a really great atmosphere in the hotel. Breakfast is always fresh, surprising and also include local products such as eggs that are laid by the owner's chicken! The hotel itself is brand new and very well designed, every room has its own decoration, and we feel that Anna put all her love in it till the smallest detail. Hotel location is also really nice. Sandy beach at 50 meters, Rhodos Town only few kilometers away. It's also few hundred meters away from the bars street of Faliraki, but thanks to the good isolation of the hotel we didn't hear anything during the night. Finally they also have a great car renting company, we rent a price for a nice price and enjoyed to discover the all Island, this is really a must-have! We can't wait our next holidays to go back to this hotel!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Anelia! Beautiful suite with a stunning view. Warm and welcoming hosts. Delicious breakfast with homemade Greek dishes. Quiet location near the beach. Greek evening with buffet and Sirtaki dancing.

I have to say, our recent stay in Faliraki was fantastic! The location of the hotel was amazing, just a stone's throw away from a beautiful sandy beach. And let me tell you, the beach was pristine, with crystal-clear waters. It was perfect for families, as the water was shallow and clean. We also had the option to enjoy various water sports, which added an extra thrill to our vacation.

As for the surrounding area, there were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Although Faliraki is a popular tourist destination, the hotel was located in a quiet area, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring.

I couldn't believe the value for money at this hotel! The prices were so affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and the great location near the beach. Speaking of the location, it was perfect - right in the center of Faliraki but in a really quiet area. Plus, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Well I really enjoyed staying here and everything was fantastic. It's a brand new building with huge and cosy and really thoroughly and tastefully constructed and designed rooms, apartments and studios. The setting itself isn't very big and doesn't place too many guests at once, but still can meet various wishes because all the apartments are different and because the approach to business which is individual and really attentive. The atmosphere that Anna, Elias, Anastasia and other people provide in their place is very warm, friendly and so nice! These people impose their soles in their business that is why if you come to this hotel you gonna feel the very sincere hospitality like you are in your family! And these words are absolute truth though they may seem too pathetic:-)

I had an amazing time at a lovely place near the beach. The breakfast was delicious with homemade treats. The staff were friendly and made me feel at home. The Greek party organized by Anna was a memorable experience. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful vacation.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, just a few minutes from the beach and restaurants, and yet it's peaceful and quiet at night. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, with plenty of choices for everyone. We also enjoyed the complimentary events, especially the Greek night, where we learned about the local culture and cuisine.

The shower was quite small and outdated, which made it difficult to shower without flooding the bathroom. the TV was too small for those with poor eyesight, making it hard to watch from a distance.

Awesome free dessert at breakfast. Good location close to beach and nightlife. Clean rooms with daily towel service.

Slow water pressure in afternoons and noise from nearby construction ruined our afternoon nap. Staff was not responsive to our requests for a late check-out, making us feel rushed on the last day.

I recently stayed at Anelia in Faliraki for a week. The location was perfect, just steps away from a beautiful sandy beach, ideal for families and children. The beach was spacious and not crowded, even in September. There were plenty of watersports available nearby, and the hotel was only a 5-minute walk from the center of town, with an abundance of restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the cleaning lady was friendly and efficient. The staff were all very friendly and spoke excellent English. The breakfast had a great variety, including eggs, cheese, fruits, yogurt. The peaceful garden was a great place to enjoy breakfast and evenings were quiet despite the proximity to the center. Additionally, the owners were extremely helpful, offering airport transfers and car rental services.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The hotel had a great location near the beach and nightlife, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all necessary facilities. Breakfast was tasty.
